The rules stated below are obligatory.

Any relationships between the author and guests are regulated by the rules.

I insist that you should understand the following regulations and agree with them :

1. The author’s position :
   
   
   • Any notes that I publish express only their author’s point of view.
   • The ideas stated in the posts are self-sufficient.
     They do not have to coincide with other author’s statements or to be opposed to them. My opinion is based only on personal experience and received knowledge. Neither of the two is intersubjective.
   • The author is not amenable for any consequences, which may be caused by actions you perform under the impression of what you have read, especially if the materials of the blog are misunderstood or wrongly interpreted.
   
   
2. Facilities of the guests :
   
   
   • You can express your thoughts concerning posts.
     With this purpose the comment service has been created.
   • Any comment should correlate with the topic of the post and develop it.
   • Try to express your thoughts specifically and clearly.
   
   
3. The following things are not permitted :
   
   
   • Leaving comments which do not concern the post.
   • Offensive language in comments.
   • Unethical behavior towards any member of the community.
   • Various sorts of childishness (mangling words).
   • Phrase-mongering (lack of any sense in the comment).
   • Comments containing only a link to oneself.
   
   I reserve for myself an exclusive right to delete any comments, if they violate the rules, and in other cases, whenever I find it necessary.
   No explanations for punitive measures are given.
   
   
4. Rules of quoting and reprinting :
   
   Since many posts are independent articles, they are treated as content of sites:
   
   
   • When quoted or wholly reproduced, an article must be marked by my name, or my name must be mentioned. The source of the information must be given as well.
   • Any arrangement of the materials, distorting its original general essence is not allowed.
   • The presence of a noticeable link to the origin is a must.
   • • After each post, there is its URL, which makes it easier to give a link.
   
   
5. Each rule is obligatory in each of its parts.
   
   If the rules seem to be too strict or violent to you, refrain from making any comments in this blog. There are plenty of others.
   
   
   • If you think that you can make me mollify the rules, you are mistaken.
   • Preventive measures will be applied to any violator, whose comments I have to delete regularly: proceeding from the data of a special server, the whole range of his provider’s IP-s will be blocked.
   
   
6. Technical aspects :
   
   
   
   • The blog supports only those technologies, in using which the author finds some sense.
   • The absence of some features is explained by the considerations of sufficiency and is very likely to be sensible.
   • Technical peculiarities of the engine’s functioning can’t be the reason for writing comments, except for those which are specially dedicated to them.
   
   

There’s nothing difficult in the afore-cited rules.

All the rules are aimed at maintaining the blog clean.

I sincerely hope that you will read the rules on this page beforehand, and not after several deleted comments.
